After the original massacre of the 1970's, a lynch mob of locals burn the Sawyer house to the ground killing each Sawyer family member inside, who they believe that they are behind the grotesque killings. Now, several decades later, Heather Miller (Alexandria Daddario) has inherited the property from her grandmother and decides to bring her friends along to inspect her property. But has Heather inherited the horrors of the past as well.
